Since I've started using the computer, I've been trying to narrow down the best free anti-virus applications out there to utilize in my personal computer use. People tend to think you get what you pay for, but in most cases you can get the best stuff free when it comes to the technology world and applications.
The most common anti-virus applications that I run across people using are Avira, Avast, AVG and there are others but the three that I have listed are known for keeping peoples computer safe and secure while not using too much memory and causing performance issues for the general user.
